




I managed web content development for Massachusetts General Hospital’s key areas of business development, the Heart Center, Vascular Center, Digestive Healthcare Center and Transplant Center. I brought these clinical business areas into Mass General’s 2008 redesigned website, which has since earned recognition from the Interactive Media Council (IMC), AIGA and Massachusetts Innovation & Technology Exchange (MITX). Following the website’s release, I developed and managed an editorial calendar to coordinate the rotation of news, video and interactive site features. I also assisted in developing Mass General’s SEO, SEM and social media strategies.
